About SWPT
'Move, run, jump, dance, hang, climb, crawl and balance
These are all movement principles which we use to re-establish and build an understanding of what we can achieve when we go back to moving and not sitting'
Here at SWPT: Stephen Walker Personal Training. We train to move through our weaknesses. Overcome our flaws and build ourselves into a more confident, strong and capable mover.
We do our best to cultivate and develop a better understanding of the connection between mind and body. Train, dance, laugh and play. This is how we help our clients to find a deeper understanding of themselves. For it is when we know this that we feel most capable to go beyond our comfort zones.
We always try to challenge ourselves. Our head coach Stephen has backpacked through Europe for a year, sailed across the Atlantic, explored Australia, circumnavigated Mont Blank and emigrated to Poland.
Our pillars:
- Playfulness
(If you cannot play then you rob yourself of pure expression)
- Discipline
(Know when to play and when to concentrate)
- Focus
(Quiet the mind and sit purely on one problem)
- Repetition
(Repetition is key, mastery means repeating success)
Let's help you restore movement to your system in a way that will rejuvenate and re-align you.

What we OFFER
Are you aware of how well you truly move?
Don’t confine yourself to a desk and remain inactive. If you find yourself in that situation, let’s take action together. I can assist you in achieving the body you desire and help you break through your limits.

It's been almost two years I've known Stephen. What can I say... I've been a fairly active person my entire life, but working out with Stephen has definitely changed my perspective on being active, healthy and conscious of my body. Stephen has the perfect balance between motivating you, always in a friendly way, without pushing unnecessary boundaries and not letting you chill on the couch more than two days in a row.

Stephen is a fantastic trainer. He approaches the body not as a goal itself but as a tool to challenge our boundaries and limits. I have a desk office job and Stephen's training gives me physical strength and mobility but also huge mental relief. I highly recommend training with him!
Viktor Kundrak
I can sincerely recommend Stephen as a high-class functional training professional. He possess great communication skills which allow him to quickly establish great contact with the group, recognize individual needs and limitations.

I have trained with Stephen for almost a year. After this time my body shape and endurance has wonderfully developed. Stephen is very mindful, yet a demanding personal trainer. On the one hand, he always recognizes what my true condition is, even I’m not always very honest with him, and he adapts training to my actual body/mind state, on the other hand, he motivates and makes me go beyond my limits, and do this few more reps, even if I thought that I’ve already reached the wall.
